/ In the primary schools under the town education committee, according to the student-teacher, the teacher setup register should be prepared and submitted in person by the date given below. To send the knowledgeable employee with soft copy in the setup register and shruti font at the following date and time at the office of Gujarat State Primary Education Selection Committee, Sector 20 Gandhinagar for verification of setup registers after the teacher setup of your district is ready. Prepare the statistical information in aerial font and the rest in Shruti font and send it accurately.
Schools with 0 children in primary schools are not to be shown in the setup. Schools with 0 children are therefore advised to close with immediate effect. If this is not done then the responsibility of the concerned TPEO will be determined. Take serious note of that. The number of children in each setup register will have to be checked after checking the children studying in each school regularly. The number of children studying in Std. 1 to 8 and Std. 6 to 8, their attendance and the number of teachers to be met should be verified and shown in the setup register. If there is any error in any information, the responsibility will be decided by the concerned school principal and taluka primary education officer. If the schools of the district or town education committee are mentioned, it should not be taken into consideration. Schools with more than 150 students in Std. 1 to 8 and more than 150 students in Std. 6 to 8 showing more than 150 students in Std. 1 to 8 and 100 more in Std. 6 to 8 showing the setup of Head Teacher (HTAT). According to the RTE Act, the HTAT head teacher is eligible. The head teacher of each school and the taluka primary education officer have to give the certificate attached with this. The certificate of the head teacher is to be kept at the taluka level and the certificate of the taluka primary education officer is to be kept at the district level. Its basis is to be verified by the District Primary Education Officer and sent to the Director along with the student teacher standard setup register.
