As unit test is conducted once in a month, all the units (lessons) of each child are ready. The teacher can evaluate from the unit test written by the child and fill the constructive evaluation form A.
Action to be taken by the teacher regarding the unit test: –
The teacher has to systematically check the unit test written by the child in the time prescribed by the Gujarat Education Department and scan and update his marks online. To re-examine the study findings which have not been achieved in the unit test.

About October 2021 Unit Test Paper Prepared By GCERT
Students have to study at home, in the circumstances that are broadcast in the country and the world of corona disease. The unit test is organized by the Gujarat Education Department and GCERT (Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training) Gandhinagar for the teaching of students of Gujarat. Prepared the question papers of the unit test based on different subjects of each standard, each primary and secondary schools have been delivered. Schools deliver the question papers to students. Students write answers to these question papers under the supervision of the guardians in the special notebook in advance by the Government of Gujarat. The guardian or student student deposited in the school before the north written notebook. The school is noted in the format of the format to scan the QR code in the notebook as the teacher of the unit test written by the student’s teacher. Then the teacher is uploading this QR code to the app called Saraldata ‘. Apart from this, the teacher also notes which the student has a defect in the Test of the student in each unit test. The unit test is organized every month, the timetable is delivered to students in advance by GCERT. In which month, how many subjects of the subject matter, the detailed timetable students are given in the unit test.
When a student has gone out or the hard copy of the unit test has not reached the student by the teacher, the student manually downloads the unit test and writes the answers to the teacher in the form of soft copy and the teacher evaluates the answers in such Application

For the purpose of assessment, periodic assessment tests on environment and Gujarati in Std. 3 and 4, Hindi and Gujarati in Std. 5 and Gujarati, Mathematics and Hindi in Std 6 to 8. You are requested to take further action from your level in view of the following matters regarding the routine test to be taken in October-2021. In the month of October, tests in social science and Sanskrit subject will be held in standard 6 to 8. The above periodic assessment tests will be conducted on 25/10/2021 and 26/10/2021. The standard 6 to 8 tests will be taken on the day students come to school during the above date. Students who do not come to school at all will have to pass the tests at home.

All medium tests will also be made available on GCERT website (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in) on 25/10/2021. Apart from this Gujarati medium tests which can also be obtained from the QR Code on the Index of the textbook of that subject. It is desirable that students take the test in a fear-free and stress-free environment as the purpose of the test is to know the student’s progress.
Unit tests will be prepared keeping in view the learning outcome.
