Std 9 To 12 Seventh(7th) Unit Test Paripatra
Various Home Learning Efforts have been undertaken by the Education Department of the State Government to ensure that students can get education even when schools are closed during the COVID-19 epidemic and to maintain continuity in studies. For which unit test is organized for the students of Std-09 to Std-12 at the end of every month.
The following instructions should be taken into consideration for the 7th unit test of Std. 09 and Std. 12 Instructions:
The unit test date of standard-09 to 12 should be held from 02 March 2021 to 04 March 2021.
This seventh unit test is desirable to be taken at school level and will have to be given from home to students and parents who have not agreed to come to school.
The course of the seventh unit test will be till the month of February. Details of the subject and syllabus are given in the enclosure.
The unit test will be organized on the basis of the textbook published by Gujarat State School Textbook Board.
The unit test question papers will be sent to the District Education Officer from the e-mail address of the office here on 26/02/2021 to your official and confidential e-mail address, along with the password protected password.
District Education Officer Shri. The unit test question papers should be sent to the mail address on 26/02/2021.
The SVS / QDC Convener will have to send the unit test question papers to the principals of all the privately granted Government Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools on their campus by 27/02/2021 at their official and confidential e-mail address.
The Principal has to deliver both the relevant question papers in soft copy or hard copy to all the students at home by 11:00 am on 02/03/2021
In the above chain ….. GSHSEB ➡️DEO ➡️SVS / QDC Convener ➡️ Principal will have to use different E-mail Address for unit test in each stage.
The unit test question papers will also be posted on the Board’s website www.gseb.org on 02/03/2021. So that students / parents can easily get question papers.
As per the instructions of the government, education work has been started in all the schools of the state. Therefore, it is desirable for the school level to conduct unit test or for the students who have not consented to attend school, the principal should give necessary instructions in a separate notebook to conduct unit test from home under the supervision of a parent.
The student taking the test from home has to deliver the answers written in the notebook in soft copy or hard copy to the principal of the school by 07/03/2021. Instruct parents who cannot afford to come to school to send a soft copy.
Considering the situation of COVID-19, for planning planning, notebook acceptance and evaluation and other guidance, the instructions given in the letter dated 28/07/2021 and 13/08/2021 of this office should be planned.
The subjects and syllabus for the seventh unit test will be as shown in the enclosure.
Note: –
According to the resolution of the Department of Education dated 12/02/2020, for Std. 9 and Std. 10 in Gujarati, Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences while for Std. 11 and Std. 12 Science streams for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as well as General Stream. English, Nama Basics, Commercial System, Psychology, Economics and Statistics unit test question papers are to be prepared from the board level, apart from this it is desirable that standard and subject question papers be prepared by the school and taken unit test at school level.
