Matter of making internal transfers of primary school teachers in the district through computerized system.
Accompanied by a time bound program for making online transfers from the computerized system of transfers to the demand of primary teachers.
The necessary instructions are as follows.
(1) First of all District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer has to login with Default Password on the given website www.dpegujarat.in and enter the vacancies by changing the Password. A list of all the medium schools with taluka wise vacancies in that district will have to be prepared in the primary department and upper primary department wise information and entered in the online software. Subject wise spaces should be indicated in the upper primary section. (1.Language, 2.Mathematics – Science, 2.Social Science)
(A) As per the establishment approved as on 31/08/20, vacancies as on 31/12/2020 will have to be uploaded considering the vacancies.
(B) In case of non-dismissal of teachers who have ordered school allotment as per option in the district division while uploading vacancies, the existing school of the teacher shall be shown as vacancy. And which has been allocated to the school. That space should be considered full.
(C ) In the case of a primary teacher / teaching assistant who has previously been transferred internally or districtally and has not been dismissed due to more than 10% vacancy, the original school vacancy shall be shown as vacancy and the vacancy in the transfer school shall be deemed to be filled.
(D) Name for any place in any district. If there is a matter pending in the court, such places should not be shown as vacancies.
(2) Primary teachers / teaching assistants who wish to undergo internal transfer shall fill up the required details on the suggested website and submit an online application.
(3) A copy of the confirmed application should be printed and the coin signed by the head teacher of the school should be obtained. Then the necessary supporting evidence has to be submitted to the concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.
(4) The concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer shall give the necessary support to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant after verifying the evidence and receiving the application. All the applications should be sent in person to the District Primary Education Officer by 16.00 hrs on 06/02/2021 with remarks of approval / disapproval in the application.
(5) The Govt. Officer shall, after verifying the necessary supporting evidence, give the access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding the receipt of the application. Remarks on approval / disapproval in the application should be followed and action should be taken as per order-6
(6) All the applications submitted to the concerned District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer in his District / Town Education Committee login given on the website should be completed by 10/02/2021 by office hours.
(7) After the completion of the above work, the transfer order of the eligible primary teachers / teaching assistants will be prepared by the computer software as per the rules.
(8) Primary teachers / teaching assistants who have applied for transfer and are eligible for transfer as per the rules will have to get the print of the transfer order from the website themselves.
(9) The Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer shall obtain print copies of the transfer orders and keep them on file.
(10) The District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer shall print and file the entire transfer orders.
(11) In the computerized transfer order, the printed signature of the District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Of that district shall be considered valid.
(12) Teachers shall take sufficient care to select the dice code and name of the school at the time of online school selection. Let the teachers know enough about it.
(13) Before executing the transfer order, the transfer order has to be verified by the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Transfer order will not be valid unless verified by Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.
Taking into account the above details, after studying the resolutions dated 23/05/2012 and from time to time, the transfer of primary teacher / teaching assistant should be done through online computerized system. Upon completion of this procedure, as per the provisions of the resolution, from 01/04/2021 to 30/04/2021, the teacher will have to give the option to go to upper primary. Based on this, option camp will have to be organized from 01/05/2021 to 05/05/2021. If the application for change of district division is pending after the option camp, those districts will have to take action regarding the district division camp. Thereafter, as on 01/06/2021, the district transfer camp will have to be organized by 07/06/2021.
