BAOU EXAM TIME TABLE SEPTEMBER – 2020
Planning of August / September 2020 Examinations
The university’s August 2020 semester exams will start from the second week of September. The above examination will be conducted in compliance with the guidelines of COVID-19 of Gujarat Government.
The examinations will be conducted as per the details given below.
1. All Certificate Course Students (Online Exam)
2. All students of the course in Diploma (online examination)
3. All third year students of graduation course (offline examination)
4. All postgraduate students (offline examination)
5. All students of the course in Post Graduate Diploma (Offline Examination)

1. Merit Based Progression
The first-year and second-year students of the undergraduate course (students who have been admitted in the first-year in the August-2019 session and in the second-year in the August-2019 session and have submitted the assignment work within the stipulated time limit).
Note: Students are required to fill up the examination form for the above examinations.
Regarding Examination
Important Notice for Students, Examination Centers and Study Centers
Examinations in the month of September are organized by the University in the following two parts. The subject and marks system for students is as follows.
First phase – online examination starting from 12-09-2020;
1. For Diploma Course- (Online Exam)
70 Multiple Choice Questions for 08 Credit Subject MCQ = 70 Marks (for V&P Courses)
(Exam duration 01 hour, 30 minutes)
50 Multiple Choice Questions for 08 Credit Subject MCQ = 50 Marks (Exam Duration 01 Hour)
35 Multiple Choice Questions for 04 Credit Method MCQ = 35 Marks Duration – (Exam Duration 45 Minutes)
2. For Certificate Course – (Online Exam)
70 multiple choice questions for 08/06 credit subject MCQ = 70 marks (exam duration)
01 hour, 30 minutes)
50 Multiple Choice Questions for 04 Credit Subject MCQ = 50 Marks Duration – (Exam Duration 01 Hour)
Phase II – Offline Exam Starting from 17-09-2020:
1. All Graduate Courses for Third-Year: – (Online Examination)
50 Marks Duration – (Exam Duration 02 hours)
35 Marks Duration – (Exam Duration 01 Hour)
2. For Post Graduate Course: (M.A./MSW /MLIS) – (Online Exam)
50 Marks Duration – (Exam Duration 02 hours)
35 Marks Duration – (Exam Duration 01 Hour)
3. For PG Diploma Course – (Offline Exam)
35 Marks Duration – (Exam Duration 02 hours)
Students will be able to take the online exam in person from their home or at the nearest examination center through Laptop / Computer / Smart Phone.
