Introduction: From the circular dated 16/05/2017 against the number (2) taken by the reading of the department, the academic and non-educational employees of non-government, government aided secondary and higher secondary schools of the state who from 01/01/2014 to 30/06/2014  Those who have passed the CCC / CCC + examination of commuter skills by the Government Recognized Center during 2016 and are satisfied with other provisions for higher pay scale, have been issued instructions to approve the higher pay scale on the date of eligibility.  With the resolution dated 28/07/2020 against the number (1) read by the General Administration Department, in the case of government employees / officers who could not pass the CCC / CCC examination of computer skills till 30/06/2016, in their case they  Those who have passed the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills taken by the government recognized examination centers between 2016 and 31/12/2020 and are satisfied with other provisions for higher pay scales are allowed higher pay scales from the date of eligibility of their higher pay scales.  .  From the letter dated 05/08/2020 against the number (3) read by the Office of the Commissioner of Schools, the provisions of Resolution dated 28/07/2020 of the General Administration Department were requested to be applied to the educational and non-academic employees of non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools in the State.  .  The matter was under consideration of Sakka Shri.  Resolution: At the end of Adult Consideration, the provisions of Resolution No. (1) dated 28/07/2020 read by the General Administration Department are allowed to apply to the academic and non-academic staff of non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools of the State subject to the following conditions.  .  (1) In case of academic and non-academic employees of non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools who have not been able to pass the CCC / CCC examination of computer skills till 30/06/2016, in case of 01/07/2016 to 31  They will be eligible for higher pay scale from the date of eligibility of higher pay scale if they have passed CCC / CCC + examination of commuter skills taken by government recognized examination centers by 12/2020 and are satisfied with other provisions for higher pay scale.  (2) In case of passing the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills taken during the period 01/07/2016 to 31/12/2020 and the benefit of higher pay scale has been sanctioned from the date of passing the examination, the higher  It has to be approved from the date of eligibility of salary.  (3) After 31/12/2020, academic and non-academic employees of non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools will be entitled to a higher standard, subject to fulfillment of other conditions from the date on which they pass the CCC / CCC examination of computer skills.  This resolution has been issued in accordance with the approval received from the registration number dated 01/09/2020 of the file number of the department.
