Subject: – Regarding the result sheet of students in standard 1 to 8.  According to the above subject and context, the following instructions should be taken into consideration while preparing the result sheet of Std. 1 to 8 of the current academic year 2021-22.

 2. In Std. 3 to 8, the result sheet is to be prepared based on constructive assessment done by the teacher, second semester test and self study work.  This can be based on the informal assessment done by the teacher under Home Learning as well as periodic tests conducted during the year.  In Std. 6th to 8th, the details should be shown in the form-wise constructive assessment form A, so that each student will get a constructive assessment of 40 + 40 = 80 marks.  In addition, for self-study work during the year under Home Learning as well as taking into account the participation of students in the classroom to score out of 20 + 20 marks in both sessions.  In addition, 40 marks of the second semester test to be held in Std. 3 to 8 will have to be evaluated.  If there is a test of 80 marks in Std.  So all the subjects of standard 3 to 8 have to be evaluated from 160 marks.
 3. In Std. 4 in Hindi and English subject only in the second session 40 marks of constructive assessment and 20 marks of student participation as well as 40 marks of the second semester test were obtained.
4. Personality Development Form B in Std. 6 to 8 should be filled only once in a year.  In which multiplication will have to be done on the basis of student participation.  There are four main areas to consider.
5. Grade should be shown in the progress sheet of standard 3 to 7. Both marks and grades should be shown in the progress sheet of standard 8.
6. In the ‘Comprehensive Developmental Collected Progress Form E’ of the students, the standard-subject teacher should show the educational matters. In addition the student’s attendance and physical development as well as other matters should be shown.
