Pursuant to the above subject and context, to state that, from the resolution with reference, J.R.C. / Provision has been made to return Teoshri to the vacant post after compensating the internal depreciation of the taluka on deputation of CRC or expiry of the period. And if the teacher / education assistant has been transferred out of the taluka due to lack of vacancy in his / her taluka, he / she has also been provided to return to the vacancy after compensating the internal vacancy of the taluka. So in order to avail the benefit of the provision of the above resolution, the primary teacher / education assistant or B.R.C. / If the deputation of CRC has been canceled or transferred out of the taluka at the end of the period, they are asked to send their written application along with supporting evidence by 26/11/2020 as per the attached form. Report this to your taluka school and send the details. This includes a copy of the reference resolution and a sample. According to the amended provision of Chapter B (9) of the reference resolution, “Such a teacher may request to return to the original school in the original taluka till the five slaughter transfer camps to be held after the date of transfer order under slaughter. Will be located and even if space is available in that taluka in that camp, if the vacancy is not selected from the vacancy available by that teacher then that teacher will not be considered eligible to return to the original taluka for this purpose. In this case, the teacher concerned will be deemed to have lost this opportunity permanently. ”
