Disposal of non-functioning commuter and other peripherals (Evest) of commuter lab allotted during the year 2011-12 in government primary schools under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Pursuant to the above subject and context, the computer lab allotted for computer aided learning in government primary schools during the year 2011-12 under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan for the disposal of non-functioning computers and other peripherals (e-waste) as follows. Fixed Recycle May. ECS Environment Pvt. Ltd is responsible for the collection and disposal of e-waste from the school level
1. There is no need to make any payment from any level for collecting or disposing of the said e-waste from the school level.
2. The Recycle Agency is responsible for the disposal of the said e-waste available in the schools as per the list attached to it, prepares its inventory and collects all the non-functioning e-waste from the school level for its disposal.
The Recycle Agency Inventory Report will be certified by the school principal / headmaster in two copies per school. One copy of which will have to be submitted to the office here for the school as well as one copy through recycle.

S. The Recycle Agency will simultaneously prepare non-functioning computers and other peripheral (e-waste) and inventory reports at the school level as well as collect e-waste.

9. It is clear at the school level that only the above non-functioning commuters and other peripherals should be submitted for disposal as per the work order of the computer lab allotted for computer aided learning to the recycling agency during the year 2011-12.
